In the fall of 2019, on the heels of her debut book, The Product Mindset, Jessica Hall was invited to speak at the inaugural TEDxPearlStreet. Alongside notable Washington, DC innovators, scholars, artists, and performers Jessica prepared to take the TEDx stage to deliver her greatest talk yet, “The Surprising Secret of Exceptional Product Leaders.” 

For nine months, Jessica worked with a professional speaker coach to develop her talk – a combination of lessons learned during her tenure as a product development leader and her time working with 3Pillar Global clients, teaching and living The Product Mindset. After many course changes – including the pivot to an all-virtual TEDxPearlStreet experience – Jessica delivered her first TEDx talk to an online audience of 1,000+ attendees on July 18, 2020.
